Basic introduction

This machine adopts the piston filling principle, with reasonable design, compact model and convenient operation. The pneumatic components of Taiwan AIRTAC and shako are used in the pneumatic part. The material contact part is made of 304 stainless steel, which meets the requirements of GMP. There is a filling volume adjusting handle, and the filling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily, with high filling precision. The filling bulkhead adopts drip proof, wire drawing proof and lifting filling devices. Automatic conveying, no filling without bottle. The hopper is equipped with a speed adjustable mixing device to make the materials fill more evenly.

Scope of application

It is an ideal equipment for filling high viscosity, paste, thick sauce with particles and liquid. Jam, sauce, peanut butter, ketchup, sauce, bean paste, chili sauce, shrimp sauce, applesauce, salad sauce, caviar, chili sauce can be filled.
