Common faults and solutions of labeling machine

1. Bottom paper broken

The broken bottom paper has a lot to do with the quality of the label bottom paper and the scraping of the bottom paper and the adhesion of the label in the process of label traction.

1、 Check whether the bottom paper of the labeling machine is cut. If there is cut bottom paper, then replace the bottom paper with a better quality, and ask the label supplier to control the die-cutting depth, so as not to damage the bottom paper.

2、 Check whether the label is scratched during the detour process, and deal with the scratched factors.

3、 In addition, if the label is adhesive and easy to tear off, the length of the label should be controlled to ensure that it will not stick to the labeled product.

2. There is a problem of deviation in the accuracy of labeling

The deviation of the label is not parallel to the deviation of the label belt, the direction of the label belt and the conveying direction of the product, the traction wheel slips, the product positioning is inaccurate, and the label cannot be attached to the product with the roller. Check these factors, and then do targeted treatment.

1、 If the label belt deviates, loosen the traction mechanism, pull the label back and forth to make it return to the right position automatically. After the label returns to the right position, clamp the limit rings on both sides and guide the label.

2、 The direction of the label belt of the labeling machine is not parallel to the conveying direction, and the parallel state can be achieved by adjusting the inclination of the labeling head.

This is probably the case with the common faults of the labeling machine. When using it, once there is a problem, it should be handled in time, so as to ensure the better use of the equipment.
