2、 The fully automatic labeling machine equipment system includes drive wheels, reels and labeling wheels. The drive wheels intermittently drag the label belt to work, and the label belt is pulled out from the spool. At the same time, the label belt will be fixed on the box through the labeling wheel and labeling wheel. The open-loop displacement control is adopted on the reel of the labeling machine equipment to maintain the tension of the label belt, because the labels are closely connected with each other on the label belt, This will make the label belt must be constantly started and stopped.

3、 When the product is labeled, the labeling wheel moves and operates at the same speed as the product. When the conveyor reaches a specific position, the driving wheel of the label belt will accelerate to match the speed of the conveyor belt, and it will decelerate and stop after labeling.

4、 Because the label belt may slide, it has a sign registered on it to ensure that each label is placed correctly. The registration sign is obtained by the sensor. During the deceleration phase of the label, the driving wheel will adjust the position to modify the error of any position on the label belt.
