It is suitable for round bottle labeling in pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical and other industries, and can be pasted with full circle labeling and half circle labeling.

Automatic turntable bottle sorting machine can be selected, which can be directly connected to the front-end production line, and automatically send bottles into the labeling machine to increase efficiency.

It can be equipped with an optional ribbon coding and labeling machine, which can print the production date and batch number online, reduce the bottle packaging process, and improve production efficiency.

4、 Working process

* core working principle: after the bottle separating mechanism separates the product, the sensor detects the passing of the product and sends back the signal to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the motor to send out the label and attach it to the position where the product is to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling device, the labeling belt drives the product to rotate, the label is rolled, and the labeling action of a label is completed

* operation process: release products (can be connected to the assembly line) - > Product Transportation (automatically realized by the equipment) - > product spacing - > Product Inspection - > labeling - > labeling - > collecting labeled products.

6、 Functional features

U the label coincidence degree is high. The deviation correction mechanism is used for the detour of the label belt. The label belt does not deviate.
