It is suitable for labeling the circumference and semicircle of cylindrical objects that are unstable to stand. Horizontal transmission and horizontal labeling are adopted to increase stability and labeling efficiency.

It can be equipped with code printer or inkjet printer to the sticker head, which can print the production date, batch number, inkjet barcode and other information on the label.

4、 Working process

* core working principle: the bottle dividing wheel separates the products and puts them on the conveyor belt. The sensor detects the passing of the products and sends back the signal to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the corresponding motor to send out the label and attach it to the position where the product is to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling device, and the labeling belt drives the product to rotate. The label is rolled over, and the labeling action of a label is completed.

* operation process: put the product (in the blanking box) - > separate the product and spread it to the middle of the conveying chain drum - > product conveying - > Product Detection - > labeling - > labeling - > collecting labeled products.
