This machine can realize the functions of double-sided labeling and circumferential labeling at the same time, and can meet the single-sided and double-sided labeling of flat bottles, square bottles and special-shaped bottles, as well as the whole week and half week labeling of cylindrical objects. It is widely used in cosmetics industry and daily chemical industry.

The color matching tape printer and inkjet printer can be selected to print the production date and batch number information on the label and realize the integration of labeling and coding.

4、 Working process

* core working principle: the sensor detects the passage of the flat bottle or round bottle product, and sends back the signal to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the motor to send out the label and attach it to the position where the flat bottle or round bottle product is to be labeled. The flat bottle or round bottle product flows through the labeling device, the label is coated and attached to the product, and the labeling action of a label is completed.

* operation process: release products (can be connected to the assembly line) - > product delivery - > product spacing - > Product alignment - > labeling (automatically realized by the equipment) - > labeling - > collect labeled products.

6、 Functional features

U has powerful functions. One machine can realize single-sided and double-sided labeling of four products (round bottles, flat bottles, square bottles, and special-shaped bottles). Equipped with round bottle positioning labeling mechanism, it can realize single label labeling, double label labeling and fixed-point labeling of round bottles;

U adopts a double-sided rigid plastic synchronous guide chain, which automatically ensures the neutrality of the bottle.
